Why We Started Medical Services & Medical Tourism
Over the years, we observed how difficult it can be for families living abroad or in smaller regions to navigate India’s healthcare system – choosing hospitals, understanding costs, arranging visas, planning travel, and ensuring their loved ones are cared for properly.

About the Founder – Mr. Shammi Khatri
Shammi Khatri is an established Indian entrepreneur known for building Crystal Art, a respected manufacturing brand that has promoted Make in India, supported skilled artisans, and provided high-quality handcrafted products across India for over two decades. Under his leadership, the company grew with a strong focus on integrity, consistency, and excellence.
With extensive experience in managing operations, clients, teams, and service-driven businesses, he identified a growing challenge faced by NRIs and international patients — the difficulty of navigating healthcare in India and the absence of reliable, end-to-end coordination.
Motivated by this gap, he founded Crystal Art Global – Medical Services & Medical Tourism, with a simple mission:
